Seven senators skip Hindu prayer
Idaho Legislators Rajan Zed, president of Universal Society of Hinduism, delivers a prayer before the Idaho Senate on Tuesday in Boise. Seven senators remained outside the chamber, then took their seats right after it was done. Some said their absences were unrelated to the prayer, while others admitted to staying away on purpose.
