Miryam’s House

At Miryam’s House on Spokane’s lower South Hill, women in transition from addiction, abuse and incarceration, gather each week night promptly at 6 to eat dinner together. The ritual allows them to share the highs and lows of their day. Here, several of the Miryam’s women talk around the dinner table about what this nightly meal means to them.
