Dean Grafos' comments
Spokane Valley Councilman Dean Grafos reads a prepared statement at the July 6, 2010, meeting launching an attack on fellow Councilman Bill Gothmann. Grafos apparently made the statement in response to comments at the previous week's meeting by Gothmann criticizing Grafos’ repeated verbal and written statements that the Sprague/Appleway Revitalization Plan was a $42 million “unfunded mandate.”
