U.S Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., says she needs more information before endorsing President Obama's plan to spend $50 billion on transportation projects through the creation of an "infrastructure bank." Murray spoke to a reporter before a groundbreaking ceremony for a portion of the North Spokane Corridor.
