Spokane Police Sgt. Chuck Reisenauer, Sgt. Jason Hartman and Sgt. Eric Olsen speak outside a Spokane City Council meeting on Monday, Jan. 24, 2011 after being honored by the council and Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick. The men led the police effort to redirect last week’s march honoring Martin Luther King Jr. and evacuate a portion of downtown in response to the discovery of a bomb.
