C) Bob Apple: “I hope the voters take a negative act towards those who think that they don’t have a right to an input”

City Councilman Bob Apple criticizes other city council members for not considering a levy lid lift (asking voters for a property tax increase) and for considering a tax on vehicle tabs without asking for voters’ permission. He also argues in favor of a downtown parking tax. Apple is speaking at a council briefing on street funding and policy on Jan. 25, 2011
