Idaho’s new state transportation director, Brian Ness, will be paid $160,000 a year, ITD reports. That’s $17,000 more a year than the salary of the previous director, Pam Lowe, who made $143,000.

Unbelievable! How many more slaps in the face do not only women but the good people of Idaho need to take from this transportation board? Not only is Ness less qualified than Lowe, but now they are paying A MAN more than they paid A WOMAN. And btw - it's a man who is less qualified! Time now to call for the resignation of every board member, Sen. John McGee, and Gov. Otter. They are doing the entire state a disserve and they are an embarrassment to all of us.

Just one more nail in the coffin. Pam Lowe will win her lawsuit, then the citizens of Idaho should sue the Transportation Board members individually for a failure of their fiduciary duty. If Butch is a member of that board, he gets sued too. The Angry Old White Man Party just doesn't get it, but they do understand it when it affects their pocketbook.
