As Congressman-elect Raul Labrador continues to round out his new congressional staff, he announced today the hiring of Jason Bohrer, who most recently worked as legislative counsel for Sen. LABRADOR HIRES LEGISLATIVE DIRECTOR
Boise – December 14, 2010 - Today Idaho First District Congressman-elect Raul Labrador announced he has hired Jason Bohrer as his legislative director for his Washington, D.C. office.
Bohrer comes to the Labrador team from the Washington office of Idaho Senator James E. Risch, for whom he most recently served as legislative counsel. Prior to this, he served as Risch’s legislative aide responsible for the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
Earlier in his career Bohrer served as a regional director in eastern Idaho for Senator Larry Craig where he specialized in natural resources and land issues. He began his political career working for the Idaho Republican Party where he was policy director.

A native of Idaho, Jason is a graduate of Aberdeen High School and received his undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University. He earned his law degree from the George Mason University School of Law.
