There's a full house this afternoon for the Land Board meeting, at which the state's top five elected officials - the governor, the secretary of state, the attorney general, the state controller, and the state superintendent of schools - will vote on a proposal to tap into reserves from the school endowment to avoid deeper cuts to public schools next year.
