It’s all a lot clearer now. These moves were obviously in the works before the big January speech when suggestions so outrageous and unpalatable were made that when it’s finally announced the $4.5 million in savings (read: cuts) have been discovered at parks and rec, all the various advocate groups are supposed to be relieved…..what kind of leadership is that?
