The Senate Local Government & Taxation Committee has been hearing testimony, asking questions and debating HB 347, the second piece of the energy compromise, for an hour now, and it's still going. Committee members have lots of questions about the bill, which extends the renewable energy sales tax rebate but adds sharp limits for wind and solar projects.
