The Idaho Fish & Game Commission has come out in favor of HJR2aa, the constitutional amendment on the November ballot guaranteeing a right to hunt, fish and trap; you can read the commissioners' letter here. You can read a backgrounder on the measure here in the Spokesman-Review's Election Center.
