Big decisions loom in the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee this morning, which will be setting budgets for the state Department of Administration, the Permanent Building Fund - which covers major state building construction projects - and the mammoth Department of Correction, covering all state prisons, incuding the Idaho Correctional Center, the privately operated state prison south of Boise run by Corrections Corp. of America.
