Gov. Butch Otter’s campaign had no comment on the announcement today from 1^st District GOP Congressman Raul Labrador that he’s endorsing Russ Fulcher, Otter’s GOP primary challenger. Here’s some more of what Labrador had to say: “Idaho’s business climate is not competitive with other states, our citizens are hurting and our state is more dependent on the federal government.
