Consul Celso Delgado and Boise Mayor David Bieter will speak at 4:30; the event is free and suited for all ages. According to the consulate, “This event aims to enrich the cultural life of Idaho and promote relations between Hispanics and the local community, sharing our culture and artistic expressions.”
