Bonner commissioners vote 3-0 to rescind anti-Clagstone letter, over Open Meeting Law concerns

Bonner County commissioners have voted 3-0 to rescind the letter opposing the Clagstone Meadows conservation easement, which was signed by two commissioners, Todd Sudick and Glen Bailey, and distributed to state lawmakers, in order to eliminate concerns that they may have violated the Idaho Open Meeting Law. Now, the commissioners are taking public comments on the conservation easement; about 90 people are in the audience at the hearing in Sandpoint.
