Rep. Scott asks for unanimous consent, doesn’t get it…

In view of her many objections to unanimous consent in the House, it was perhaps predictable that when Rep. Heather Scott, R-Blanchard, just now asked the House for unanimous consent to change her vote on the previous two bills – she had cast the only “no” vote against the Idaho State Police budget bill, and also voted against a fetal tissue research bill – there was objection. House Minority Leader Mat Erpelding, D-Boise, said loudly, “I object,” and the House moved on without changing those vote counts.
