On tonight’s “Idaho Reports” on Idaho Public Television, there’s a rundown of the events of the final week of the legislative session; co-host Melissa Davlin interviews Rep. Ron Nate, R-Rexburg; there’s footage from the Senate transportation debate and the House and Senate minority post-session press conference; and Davlin interviews a panel of three regional reporters from around the state, Nathan Brown of the Twin Falls Times-News; Bryan Clark of the Idaho Falls Post Register; and Bill Spence of the Lewiston Tribune.

On the pundits panel, I join Jim Weatherby, Kevin Richert, co-host Aaron Kunz and Davlin to discuss the latest developments, from leadership to late-session gamesmanship to what’s hanging in the balance on transportation and taxes. “Idaho Reports” airs at 8 p.m. Fridays on Idaho Public Television; after it airs, you can watch it here online any time. It also re-airs Sunday at 10:30 a.m. Mountain time, 9:30 Pacific.
