House to suspend rules, vote on unemployment insurance tax cut today

House Majority Leader Mike Moyle, R-Star, just announced that the House will suspend rules today to take up HB 335, the unemployment insurance tax cut bill, which is on its second-reading calendar; under normal rules, it wouldn’t have come up for a House vote until tomorrow. “Time is of the essence,” Moyle said.
