Gingrich takes his shots at Obama too…

Good morning, Netizens…

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a potential presidential candidate in 2012, called Barack Obama on Thursday “the most radical president in American history” who oversees a “secular, socialist machine.” He went on to urge his fellow Republicans to stop Obama’s secular, socialist machine.”

Of course, he did not bother to expand upon nor define what he meant by a secular, socialist machine, but he did say the GOP wasn’t afraid of recognizing faith’s role in American Society.

He directly addressed the Republican Party being referred to as the “party of NO” by adding there were a lot of things the Republicans can say yes to, such as yes on tax cuts, a lower deficit, fewer regulations and a sensible energy plan. He did not mention a solution to health care, nor would he comment specifically upon his Presidential aspirations.

“That will be up to God,” he said, “and the American people.”

If I were to wildly speculate, it does seem as if Gingrich is already running for something. He certainly is not stipulating what that might be, at least not yet.
