Thursday Market in the South Perry District begins tomorrow

Get ready Spokane: The South Perry Farmers Market begins tomorrow in the parking lot of The Shop, 924 S. Perry. It will run every Thursday from 3:00-7:00pm until October 28th in one of our favorite neighborhoods, the South Perry District.

(Full disclosure: This blogger is on the SPFM board.)

The Spokesman’s South Perry blog, authored by Pia Hallenberg, had an awesome write-up about the market and an interview with Brian Estes titled “It’s that market time of year.”

“One of our goals this year is to be more community oriented, to be a social gathering place in the heart of the neighborhood,” Estes said. “We want to collaborate with local businesses and services - it’s going to be a great season."

Tomorrow’s grand opening will feature the flower festival with more special events to come. Hope to see y’all there!
