Down To Earth

Saving our salmon discussion continues tonight

I really hope you had the opportunity to check out our radio show yesterday.

In case you missed it, Down To Earth radio was joined via phone by filmmaker Jim Norton and author Steven Hawley for a wide-ranging discussion about the protection and management of Columbia River salmon, Snake River dams, and many more topics around salmon, species protection and energy in the Pacific Northwest.

We also discussed tonight's event at 7pm, Caterina Winery, where Norton will be debuting his new PBS film "Running the Gauntlet" to the Spokane market, and Steven Hawley will discuss his recent book,"Recovering a Lost River: Removing Dams, Rewilding Salmon, Revitalizing Communities," followed by a panel discussion Both will be here in Spokane for this event and will be taking part in a panel discussion.

As always, listen to Down To Earth radio podcasts HERE
