Southbound Interstate 15 traffic comes to a near stand still near Oak Hill Road on Thursday Jan. 10, 2013,  after a winter storm brought snow and freezing rain to the Cajon Pass, Calif.  Forecasters say an inch or two of snow is possible in the mountains, with the level dropping to 2,000 feet. There will be overnight frosts and freezes in colder valleys through the weekend.
