For those keeping score at home, and factcheck.org was, U.S. Sen. John Kerry hasn’t authored 56 laws during his time in Congress, as he said during the second debate, nor 5 as Dubya said. So how many did he write? A lousy 11. You can read all about it in this World mag blog item here.
