Question of the Day — Cinematic Monsters

Item: Actress Naomi Watts, who stars in the upcoming remake of “King Kong,” poses for photos in the hands of a 20 foot tall replica of King Kong in New York’s Times Square Monday.

DFO: I plan to thoroughly enjoy Peter Jackson’s remake of King Kong. I love monsters and sci-fi. And appreciate that today’s filmmakers are upgrading old favorites, like Kong and Godzilla (although I could have done without Matthew Broderick in the lead). Now, if Jackson has extra time on his hand, I’d enjoy seeing his take on one of the greatest cinematic monsters of my childhood, Rodan.

Question: What old monster movie would you like to see talented Peter Jackson redo next?
