Question of the Day — 6/7/05

Issue: Lawmakers dash to correct records of trips: More discrepancies discovered in wake of questions about DeLay/Washington Times

DFO: I get a kick out of the regular commenters who can see no wrong in their political side and plenty of wrong in the other. Both sides elect politicians who look out for themselves first and are quick to take perks and fudge rules. Tom DeLay is no worse that your average Demo who has been feeding at the public trough too long. And vice versa.

Question: What’s your reaction to the news that hundreds of congressmen have rushed to clean up travel expenses in lieu of the scrutiny of DeLay?
