DFO: We can't be all things to all the people of the world. But we should be involved, on a case by case basis, in tipping countries away from tyranny toward democracy. That's good foreign policy. However, Job No. 1 is to see that things are well on the home front, too.
Question: What role should the US play in foreign affairs, proactive or reactive?
