Tom Grant, ex-TV reporter and mayoral wannabe (pictured in 1996 photo at work at KXLY), and KXLY-TV didn't defame a Spokane businessman 7 years ago by omitting certain facts from their story, according to the state Supreme Court. The court exonerated Grant and the Spokane TV station today here.
