Prosecutor Bill Douglas has filed a motion to intervene in the SR lawsuit against Kootenai County commissioners to get the e-mails between him and his former county hireling, Marina Kalani. Quoth from intervention motion:

The proposed Intervenor is the author and recipient of the e-mails in question. Mr. Douglas therefore has the uniquely relevant interest in the subject matter of this action. Similar to the Commissioners, Mr. Douglas contends that the undisclosed e-mails are either not public records or contain information that is exempt from disclosure. The e-mails relate to medical and personnel issues and contain information that is personal to Mr. Douglas. The disclosure of the e-mails would also invade Mr. Douglas' privacy.
