Blog Numbers — 8277 & 45414

I can’t keep this one to myself. Last week, the blog pageview hits went off the charts — thanks, of course, to the election. (MikeK, Susie, Mary, etc., you guys didn’t realize that you were running to pump up the blog, did you?) Huckleberries set a single-day record on Election Day with 8,277 hits. Equally incredible, the hits held through the week with 6727 being the lowest weekday number. Total for the week? 45,414. That beats the old PV record by about 10,000. Mebbe it was an anomaly? Mebbe it’s a sign of bigger things ahead? Stay tuned.
