Off to Prison He Goes …

Dr. William Fouche wasn't allowed to pass go, he wasn't allowed to collect $200 earlier today, as a 1st District Judge sentenced him to 4 years in prison, one year fixed (which means he'll have to serve at least that), for filming unclad femme friends and clients in his Post Falls home on the Spokane River. At a sentencing hearing, Fouche admitted he'd messed up. But he never apologized to his victims. He was whisked off to prison immediately afterward.
DFO: I knew this guy's late wife Colleen. As principal and founder of the Lighthouse Academy at the Coeur d'Alene Nazarene Church, she was responsible for establishing solid study habits in my son. Her death was a shock. Then, mebbe it was better that she never saw what became of her husband.
