I saw a program on FSN, "before the bigs", in which Ichiro was profiled; the show included some pretty cool footage of him in the Japanese League days. Seems, tho, that Ichiro felt he'd gone "as far as he could go" in the Japanese League, and got really depressed about it. So, he came to America; good for him! But, how many seasons until he gets sick of playing baseball for a non-winning team? He did say in an interview last year that he wasn't used to playing on a team that was in last place. Mark my words...someday, Ichiro will be in Yankee pinstripes. You read it here!
