In a dramatic decision that brought down the house, the Idaho State Board of Education Monday resurrected the University of Idaho College of Art and Architecture. Hundreds of UI students stood and cheered as the board voted 5-2 to reverse a 2002 decision that dissolved the college and combined it with the UI's largest college: Letters, Arts and Social Sciences.
