Hump Day Wild Card — 4/12/06

The Idaho Legislature is over, and I should get busy trying to provide a letter grade for its accomplishments or lack thereof. Lawmakers pulled their bacon out of the fire with their actions on the last day — increasing the homeowner exemption and finally signing off on the GARVEE bonds. I’ll probably give them a B or B-minus. Some of our legislators had a very good session and have become players in Boise.
