Bertollini Brought To Justice In New Mexico

I was delighted to hear the news that neo-Nazi sympathizer Vincent Bertollini was run to ground in New Mexico here. For you newcomers, Bertollini (shown above kissing racist Richard Butler at the Aryan Nations compound in July 2000) was a latter-day supremacist who immigrated to Kootenai County and used his big bucks to breathe life into Richard Butler's fading cause. He bankrolled racist flyers and generally made a nuisance of himself because he had the cash to do so. Occasionally, he'd send me a nasty note. In August 2000, he wrote the following to me after one of his fliers was slammed in an op-ed piece:

"Our work is just beginning, and as we reach more and more households in this Great Northwest (98% White Adamic Aryan in demographics -- for the record, that is why we are here and do what we do -- awake the brethren!) because this is truly the last stronghold in America against the non-white blight instigated and perpetrated by the wicked JEWS. So, write your picayune, whining, sniveling race traitor articles all you want. We don't care, we will not be stopped and we know the end. It has been foreordained from the beginning of time. Than God we are in this time and place to be part of it!"

See what many of you missed? Not much. Bertollini spouted this stuff before being charged in Bonner County with a third DUI, which elevated his offense to a possible felony, and vanishing. Now, he has to face the music. 'Tis a nice ending to a rich megalomaniac.
