CDADave: “An Unfortunate Chapter”

“I once saw Richard Butler eating breakfast with a few of his friends in a local restaurant. And as I looked at him, the thought came to mind that he was just another tired, old, bitter man, and maybe in some ways not that different from the rest of us. At the same time I also thought, “what happened to him to make him the way he is?” I didn’t feel hatred for him; I just felt kinda depressed and sad. How do I feel about all of this? It’s an unfortunate chapter in our area’s recent history.”

DFO: Sorry, HBOers, I didn’t have time to put together a Best of the Local Blogs tonight, what with print Huckleberries and an editorial to write today, and all. But I figured you needed a shot of CDADave’s parodies and Thin Air as much as I did.
