Jay Weedon asked the city to charge Mary Souza with violating conflict of interest laws when she rejected his proposed children's birthday party business. That business, which utilizes inflatable bouncy houses, would have been located behind the Charter Academy and across the street from Souza's corporate event production company. 'She should have dismissed herself from the meeting,' Weedon said Friday.'"
