Additional Info: The Post Falls Area Chamber had requested the city to stop seeking reimbursement because it may hamper contract negotiations to extend the event in North Idaho another three years and may spoil future opportunities to attract large events.
Question: Is the Post Falls City Council being anal retentive here?
