P.S. — How About A Chance To Win $1M By Voting

Dan of the County writes: Came across this article on a voting site about how there is an initiative in Arizona that would award one voter chosen at random a million bucks from their state lottery pool … two chances if you voted the primary too … not sure what I think about this kind of an approach to increasing voter turnout …

Question: Would you want Idaho or Washington to follow suit and offer a $1M lottery to increase the voter turnout?
