“Pirates”: A Review From Jolly Old England

We went to see this film on Sunday, we went to the new fangled cinema with the 6 screen jobbie...... do ya know over here it cost $14 each to get in at the pictures, then if ya want popcorn its $8 for a small box, $8 for a cartoon of fizzy drink, $8 for a pink wobbly hotdog and $10 for a 4-5 inch little tub of icecream with nuts and sauce..... suffice to say I sneaked in 5 tins of fizzy drink, 5 packets of crisps and 5 packets of sweets....... I aint no mug ya know :) xx But the film was Brill, even if it did make me jump out of me skin loads of times ... this picture house had 'air conditioning' and I was well freezin..... gonna go to the 'fleapit' picture house in future lol xx

Marmitetoasty

DFO: I have no idea whether Marmitetoasty, from the British Isles, liked the movie or not because I don't know what "Brill" means in Jolly Old England. But her description of the ticket and concession prices makes me put the high Riverstone theater prices in perspective.
