I'm going to reread the thread started by Chris Rodkey today re: the name calling on the blog. I'm taking steps to eliminate the personal attacks. But I don't know if I should go beyond that. I understand how Chris feels re: generic attacks that hit home. As a conservative Christian (with human right leanings), I flinch when someone goes off on "right-wing wacko hypocrite religionists." However, I'm reluctant to shut the spigot off on that because I might harm the incredible dynamic we have here. As I said, I need to give it more thought. Meanwhile, you can use this Wild Card to start the weekend discussion. (BTW, I moved up the Flippy Floppy review and The Bard's clever comment about the refueling depot because, I believe, they're great pieces that need more attention.)
