It’s Flag Day and my older sister, Eileen’s, birthday. She’s 61. But not quite ready for the bone pile, yet. She runs 5 to 7 miles per day. And recently finished first in a long-distance race in her age division. No way I can keep up. So, I walk 3 miles per day, 5 or 6 times per week. Don’t think my knees would put up with a jog.
