More Info: (Spokane County prosecutor wannabe Bog) Caruso, trying to unseat Republican incumbent Steve Tucker, declared in a radio interview this week that he would charge police officers involved in the fatal March 18 confrontation with Otto Zehm with "third-degree murder." But his plan, announced on the Mark Fuhrman show, has a rather glaring flaw: There's no such thing as third-degree murder in Washington statutes.

Question: A tongue slip? Or just plain dumb?
