Red State Rebels: Here Come GOP, Sali Attacks

Full post here

We had hints last week that the National Republican Congressional Committee was preparing to unleash attacks on Larry Grant in the 1st Congressional District. Well, they have, augmenting a Bill Sali offensive that already included negative radio ads and fliers. On Thursday, the RNCC started two robocall campaigns against Grant, at least one of them cleverly worded to make people think it's from the Grant campaign before it proceeds to trash him. The Grant campaign (for which I work part time) has been getting complaints from irate Idahoans since last night, and we just issued a press release to let everyone know: This is more of the same from Bill Sali, who has decided this past week that lying and distortion are the only ways he can save the ID-01 seat for the GOP -- Julie Fanselow/Red State Rebels.

Which race will be the nastiest in Idaho? Washington?
