OrangeTV: R.I.P., Dr. William Wood

Coeur d'Alene Press story here

OrangeTV: R.I.P. Dr. William Wood, my childhood doctor who passed away yesterday in CDA. He delivered more babies than anyone else in the history of Coeur d'Alene, including probably some of you. He was a kind and gentle doctor, always smiling. Most kids hate going to the doc, but I remember actually looking forward to going to that weird little office on 11th and Mullan, he made it kind of fun, and I always left with an armload of goodies ... Anyone else have fond memories of Dr. Wood?

JBelle oh, Patrick. You just can't even imagine. Dr. Wood was another King of Foster Avenue. One among many. Funny thing? when I moved to Spokane, his brother was here, practicing pediatric dentistry. In that way it was a seamless transition, because they were dead ringers for each other.
