Kurt Cobain, Elvis Lead Dead Celeb Money Raisers

Full Seattle PI post here

A dozen years after he committed suicide at his Seattle mansion, Kurt Cobain is raking in the dough. The lead singer of Nirvana topped Elvis Presley in Forbes magazine's 2006 list of the top-earning dead celebrities, with his estate generating $50 million in the past year. Nirvana's music sold 1.1 million units in the U.S. last year and was used in the TV show "Six Feet Under" and the movie "Jarhead." Several songs will be used in a "CSI: Miami" episode next month. Presley's estate generated $42 million between October 2005 and this month, the magazine reported, followed by "Peanuts" creator Charles M. Schulz at $35 million and the Beatles' John Lennon at $24 million.

Question: Which dead celeb do you miss most?
