JJ Rousseau: Proud to Be Young, Conservative

Bob: Let me cut to the chase, JJ. You are too smart to be a conservative. That is obvious. You will only grow frustrated forcing less than 1% of your brain to operate when talking with fellow conservatives. You will listen to Rush Limbaugh and realize your IQ has temporarily plummeted by a mean of 32 points. If you go to college, and you seem bright enough, you will find yourself friendless and mocked by the cool kids who are all Democrats. All the pretty girls look for boys in the Young Democrats on campus because they know they are the most handsome, intelligent, witty and caring. It's not too late to change your political orientation, JJ. Get blue.

J.J. Rousseau: On the contrary, Bob, it requires a lot of my brain capacity to be a conservative in highschool. Especially at a Jesuit high school where the teachers are more liberal than the media. You must realize how ridiculous it sounds when you say I am being indoctrinated, because the majority of America's youth are being indoctrinated by the liberal media. I bother to ask my techers about issues, and then i talk to my family. Furthermore, the economy is still recovering from Clinton's recesion, give it a few years, and the low unemployment will fill everyones empty pockets.

Question: How have your political views changed since you were in high school/college?
