We went to Silverwood on Wednesday and had lots of fun. That was, until we spotted a group of Skinhead Nazis in the wave pool on the water side of the park. One had a Swastkia tattooed on his chest and another that said "F--K YOU" on his arm. He and his buddies were in some type of argument with some folks in the wave pool - the lifeguard didn't seem to notice them. We saw them later on the amusement side and they were cutting in line on Tremors - someone said something and got the finger and told to "shut up you fu--ing jew" I was very dissapointed that Silverwood didn't remove these folks from the park based on their offensive tattoos. The least Silvewrood could have done was ask them to cover them up. Further, my day was partially ruined because of their behavior. I really wish that these guys would have been refused service by Silverwood. Anyway, hate and a fraction of the Aryan Nations is still alive and well in North Idaho despite what the talking heads might say.
Question: Are you concerned that the recent racist incidents at Hayden Lake and at Silverwood last week are a sign that supremacists are on the rise again in Kootenai County.
