Hump Day Wild Card — 8/8/07

I voted in my first Lakes Highway District election last evening — thanks to Spencer’s 11th-hour direct mailing, alerting me to them. I live on the boundary of the Lakes and Eastside highway districts. And don’t pay much attention to either of them. All I know is that my road gets plowed toward the end after any major snowstorm. But that’s a city function. I believe. Anyway, Spencer’s guys won. And I’ve lined up Dan of the County for this week’s Huckleberries Gone Wireless interview at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. In other words, life goes on, including the daily requirement to play this Wild Card …
