Elvis impersonator Manuel Toiyibee performs at a bar in Bangkok, Thailand. There’s no need to check out of the Heartbreak Hotel. It turns out Elvis lives on in the City of Angels - otherwise known as Bangkok - even 30 years after the passing of the king of rock ‘n’ roll. For more than 10 years, Monday through Saturday, Manuel has zipped in to one of his 15 1970s Elvis costumes and taken to the stage to pay homage to the king..
